Our expert catering staff creates meals from the most casual and fun to the most formal and delicate with panache. Beautiful buffets can include carving and presentation stations with attendants preparing sushi, pasta, fresh local seafood, charcuterie, artisanal cheeses or other epicurean delights. For plated banquets, choose preselected entrées or Personal Preference Dining, our option to offer entrée choices to guests to reflect the importance of the occasion. For weddings, we’ll even provide the cake and a Champagne toast for your guests.
