blue point provision company
The Blue Point Provision Company is our seafood specialty restaurant located at the far end of our resort. Enjoy a tranquil view of the River Marsh Marina in our scenic location, just off the shores of the Choptank River, surrounded by 400 acres of natural beauty. The Blue Point is a study in updating the classic Mid-Atlantic coastal look, with gorgeous parquet floors, soaring ceilings with suspended fans and lights and simple, elegant wooden furniture with nautical elements. The Water's Edge Grill’s interior reflects a modern American aesthetic, accented by the two-story stone fireplace and balcony, soaring ceilings and wide windows. Overlooking the unique crescent pool, this classic Chesapeake Bay restaurant offers picturesque dining.
As the name would have it, the heart of our menu is the grill. A 20 ounce T-bone steak, a naturally raised New York strip and our grilled filet of beef all conform to Hyatt’s standard of top quality meats. Items like beer-brined pork chop and spicy duck breast enhance the menu’s variety beyond quality beef, while lighter fare includes such delicacies as tuna steak on a Portobello mushroom salad or Rosemary Skewered Shrimp on a warm white bean salad.

This casual restaurant offers family-friendly, fresh Italian dining. The light but robust flavors of Italian cuisine stand out among the world’s best. We’ve tried to capture some of the best and most crowd-pleasing dishes from around Italy at Antonio's Italian Restaurant located at Eagle's Nest in our golf clubhouse. Hearty soups and salads, as well as freshly baked Parmesan-and-garlic bread prepare the palate for a gastronomical grand tour. Entrée courses include favorites like spaghetti, penne pasta, lasagna, pizzas and more. For dessert, indulge in a tangy tart, homemade ricotta cheesecake, tiramisu or Italian gelato. Located on our lobby level, Bay Country Market offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy morning coffee and pick up a newspaper, along with your favorite fresh-baked pastries.

We feature a wide selection of tropical refreshers, so soak up the sun with your favorite drink by your side and enjoy the views. Take a dive and refresh yourself. There’s always something tasty to eat and fun to be had at our pool complex. Pull up a high barstool and get out of the sun for a while—or don’t bother getting up! We'll serve you on the beach, on the slide or even in the resort's hot tub!
