chesapeake ballroom
Our largest space, this elegant ballroom is the ideal setting for your reception and banquet. Welcome your loved ones with a formal seated banquet for 800 in this graceful room or more than 1,000 for a classic reception. It can accommodate dancing, live music and slideshows to show your guests how your love grew. The Chesapeake Ballroom can be separated into as many as seven sections, offering the flexibility to perfectly suit your needs.
Adjoining the ballroom is a large pre-function area with magnificent water views. Set up hors d’oeuvres for early arrivals or host a cocktail reception before your banquet.
choptank ballroom
This junior ballroom is a lovely space to host a wedding for guest lists of 100 to 300 attendees. Choptank also offers complete access to the Chesapeake Ballroom pre-function area.
skipjack/cutter/schooner/galleon/clipper
Select any or all of these similar rooms for small to mid-sized celebrations. Located alongside each other on the second floor, each offers a private outdoor patio, as well as access to a pre-function area and coatroom.

Gather under this charming pavilion for a truly memorable event. Host an elegant cocktail party for 400, or enjoy a casual brunch buffet in the fresh air.
river’s edge pool/crescent pool
Candlelight reflects off the water as your guests mingle around the pools. Available after 5:00 p.m., these inviting settings can accommodate groups from 200 to 400 for seated dinners or cocktail receptions.
grand fireplace patio/chesapeake patio/choptank patio
Take in the beautiful grounds of our waterfront resort from any of our private patios. The Grand Fireplace Patio can accommodate 60 for a seated meal or 100 for a reception, while Chesapeake and Choptank can host 50 for each.
